Returns & Refund Guarantee

This policy lasts 10 days after your order has been delivered. You can do this by opening a dispute in the contact page. Please note that you can only open one dispute per order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions apply:

1. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
2. It must be in the original packaging
3. A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive notification via email to verify your returned item. Approval or rejection notification of your refund will also be via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days of receiving your the item you returned.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach may vary.

What items are returnable?

1. Within 10 days of receipt of your shipment
2. In original condition
3. Unwashed and Unworn
4. In the original packaging
5. You are responsible for return shipping charges

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
